Enabling Cloudflare plugin on a WordPress site

To enable the Cloudflare plugin on a WP Engine WordPress site, follow these steps:

  • Log in to the WP Engine User Portal.
  • Navigate to the "Plugins" section and click on the "Add Plugin" button.
  • In the "Search" field, enter "Cloudflare" and press Enter.
  • The Cloudflare plugin should appear in the search results. Click the "Install" button to install the plugin.
  • After the plugin has been installed, click the "Activate" button to activate it.
  • Once the plugin has been activated, you will see a new "Cloudflare" menu item in the WordPress dashboard.
  • Click on the "Cloudflare" menu item and then click the "Connect to Cloudflare" button.
  • You will be prompted to enter your Cloudflare email address and API key. You can find these by logging in to your Cloudflare account and going to the "My Profile" page.
  • After entering your Cloudflare login credentials, click the "Connect to Cloudflare" button.
  • The plugin will connect to your Cloudflare account and display a success message.

You can now use the Cloudflare plugin to manage your Cloudflare settings and configurations from within your WordPress dashboard.
