Redirects on a WPengine level

To add redirects inside the WP Engine account portal, you will need to use the "Redirect Rules" tool in the "Tools" section of the WP Engine User Portal.

Here's how:

  • Log in to the WP Engine User Portal.
  • Navigate to the "Tools" section and click on the "Redirect Rules" tool.
  • Click the "Add New Rule" button.
  • In the "From" field, enter the URL you want to redirect from.
  • In the "To" field, enter the URL you want to redirect to.
  • Select the type of redirect you want to use from the "Type" dropdown menu. (The most common options are "301 - Permanent Redirect" and "302 - Temporary Redirect.")
  • Click the "Add Rule" button to save the redirect.
