Setting up a notification email for a Gravity Form

To set up a notification email for a Gravity Form in WordPress, follow these steps:

  1. Edit the form for which you want to set up a notification email.
  2. Click on the "Form Settings" tab in the form editor.
  3. Under the "Notifications" section, click on the "Add New" button.
  4. In the "Send To" field, enter the email address to which you want to send the notification.
  5. In the "From Name" and "From Email" fields, enter the name and email address that you want to appear as the sender of the notification.
  6. In the "Reply To" field, enter the email address to which you want to send replies.
  7. In the "Subject" field, enter the subject line for the notification email.
  8. In the "Message" field, enter the message you want to include in the notification email. You can use the merge tags provided by the plugin to include dynamic content such as the form data or the user's name.
  9. Click on the "Save" button to save your notification.

Your form should now send a notification email to the specified email address whenever someone submits the form. You can set up multiple notification emails for a single form by repeating the steps above.
